At JALPAI.IN, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


Overview

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging (box and pouches).

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.


Refunds & Pickups

We make the return process easy by handling the logistics for you.

  1. Approval: Once your return request is inspected and approved, we will book a pickup from your address.

  2. Processing: After a successful pickup, your refund will be processed.

  3. Timeline: You will receive the refund amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • One-Time Exchange: We allow only one exchange per order.

  • Pickup: We will arrange a pickup for the exchange item at no additional cost to you for the first instance.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jalpai.in
